Emma Hawke

Graphic Designer Emma Hawke collaborated with Sheffield Asperger's Parents Action Group (SAPAG) to raise awareness of Asperger Syndrome (AS) in young adults in the Sheffield area through a campaign and fund raising event.

Emma Hawke has produced campaign posters to be featured in Universities, Colleges and Doctors Surgeries. SAPAG and Emma are also aiming to have them featured large scale in an exhibition space at the bottom of the Moor in Sheffield.

Emma has also produced an information booklet called: "The Unofficial Guide to Getting Started". The booklet provides useful information and resources for young adults who have just found out that they have Asperger Syndrome.

SAPAG and Emma held a fundraising music gig on the 26th September 2011 at West Street Live in Sheffield. The proceeds are funding activities and further events for young adults with Asperger Syndrome.

All the work has been documented in the blog www.creative-explorations.blogspot.com and presented in a book at the MA Show
