Jody Mcdowell-Barnes MA Design: Graphic Design and Art Direction
My name is Jody and i’m a designer from Manchester with a background in Fine Art Moving Image.
My work focuses on areas such as popular culture, communication and language, but recently more centered on how we learn and the importance of legibility in deisgn. As a dyslexic visual learner I’m intrigied by the relationship between text and image and how we individually react and respond to them. My designs are often bold, with a strong sense of humour and play.
