Phoebe Lazaro

My work explores man's relationship with nature as well as our impact on it. Visually, my work explores textures, as I have always been fascinated by the different textures that make up our world. My practice has been inspired by William Kentridge and Douglas Gordon and as a result, has expanded from just film into photography and animation and I am particularly interested in the relationships we share with ourselves and how we relate to nature in the modern world.
