MSc International Fashion Marketing
From graduating Leeds Beckett University with a First-Class Honours in Business Management with Marketing and completing my master’s in International Fashion Marketing my love for fashion has grown. I am extremely passionate about creating a career in fashion marketing. Throughout my master’s I have loved developing my knowledge on culture, society, ethics and fashion. I hope to enter the marketing field and specialise in digital and fashion. I enjoy creating content and assisting brands with their communication and digital innovation. My own personal style has shaped the brands I have become interested in, from high end fashion to street style, I hope to bring my ethical and environmentally conscious mind into any roles I take on and hopefully make a difference during my time in the fashion industry. My work over this past year has centred around areas I feel strongly about, from sustainable museums to an all-inclusive shoe brand targeting the LGBTQ+ market, to the luxury social media campaigns promoting storytelling and being proud of who you are. My work has told a story of me, and I hope this will continue and I will shape my understanding of the industry and make a difference. For my final dissertation I have chosen to investigate digital fashion (NFTs and Metaverse) and the influences this may have on society, specifically mental health, and body image.
The areas of interest lie with environmental, ethical, sustainability. socially conscious, luxury fashion, trainers and streetwear, identity and LGTBQ+, digital, social media, NFTs, metaverse.
