A multi-disciplinary artist exploring my condition endometriosis through a multi media educational experience. Through animation, motion graphics, typography and projection, I aim to enlighten yet shock the audience about the incredibly common yet frighteningly unknown gynaecological condition. By using a domestic setting in my film, I felt challenged to finally talk for the first time in this project about an illness that can be so debilitating. Through this, I want to show how important it is to talk about something that is usually so intimate and familiar only to yourself, but instead talk loudly and openly about it in order for us to move forward, help sufferers and non-sufferers alike to understand, and eventually find a cure.
