The Rurban attempts to explore the rural-urban dichotomy through the analysis of fragemented landscapes in the context of the Mersey Estruary. The project provides a process driven framework through the application of hydrological, topographical and vegetative interventions, to hybridise land use and integrate rural-urban systems in multiple scales of space an time.
During my studies I have had the oppurtunity to design, produce and run the Landscape Architecture blog. I have also taken part in a number of design competitions applying the knowledge I have acrued through studying the MA at different scales and contexts.
At a proffesional level the skills I have learnt have also allowed me to pursue a number of solo garden design projects across the northwest.
