My area of interest is mainly based on title sequence designs. I have always been fascinated by the process of making motion graphics, so I decided to explore the methods that are being used to make them. My work, as a postgraduate student, includes research in designs throughout the years of cinematography in the genres of action, mystery and thriller, as well as the background of famous designers such as Kyle Cooper and Saul Bass. For the final outcome my goal was to redesign an already existing title sequence, but to make it look completely different from the original. I chose to design the main titles of a popular TV show called "Orphan Black". The process includes making experimental, glitchy textures, typography and animation, in an attempt to show the distortion and corruption of today's world.
