This project aims to revive the traditional costume from Chinese Ming Dynasty (Ming Fu) through contemporary society, fashion and illustration. Also, to influence fashion workers and to complement the promotion of Ming Fu in Taiwan. I redesigned the motifs through illustration in the shape of Ming Fu. The Ming Fu shape is the container, investigating the fact and symbolof the tradition of Ming Dynasty and modern history of Taiwan to contemporary. The project developed a social, political and cultural context based illustration collection.
